Re:Imagining our lab through community art.

This past March, Re:Imagine reached out to three BCA AVPA-Art students who founded Local Hue, a nonprofit dedicated to painting community art murals.

After their murals of Snoopy and English writers at Bergen County Academies caught our attention, we invited them to become part of Re:Imagine’s Re:Design branch.

Following weeks of planning, sketching, and painting, the collaboration transformed our research shed doors into an exquisite nature- and Re:Imagine-inspired mural. The finished work brings together mountains, forests, flowers, wildlife, and flowing water—turning the lab itself into a statement about ecological stewardship.

We’re looking forward to continuing to Re:Design with them.
